Large cutting board

Room to chop without ingredients sliding off.

What it is and why it matters

A cutting board gives you a stable surface for chopping that won't dull your knife or damage the counter. A large board leaves room to work and to push chopped food aside. Many cooks keep a separate board for raw meat.
