Bakeware

Half sheet pan

Heavy aluminum bakes evenly and won't warp in a hot oven.

What it is and why it matters

A half sheet pan is the flat, rimmed metal pan most home ovens are sized for. It roasts vegetables, bakes cookies and holds a whole sheet-pan dinner. A heavy pan heats evenly and stays flat, so food browns the same from edge to center.
