Parchment paper sheets

Nothing sticks and cleanup takes seconds.

What it is and why it matters

Parchment is paper treated to resist sticking and stand up to oven heat. Lay a sheet in a pan and cookies slide off, roasted vegetables don't glue down, and the pan needs little more than a rinse. Precut sheets save you from fighting a curling roll.
