Tool
Y-peeler
Fast, safe peeling.
What it is and why it matters
A vegetable peeler removes thin skin from potatoes, carrots, apples and cucumbers. It takes off less of the food than a knife and keeps fingers farther from the blade. It can also shave cheese or make ribbons of vegetables.
