Rolling pin
Even thickness for crusts and cut-out cookies.
What it is and why it matters
A rolling pin flattens dough to an even thickness for pie crusts, cut-out cookies and biscuits. Even thickness means everything bakes in the same time. A plain wooden pin without handles gives good control.
