Stiff bristles scrub grit off clams, mussels and potato skins.
What it is and why it matters
A vegetable brush has stiff bristles for scrubbing. It cleans dirt off potatoes and root vegetables so you can leave the skins on, and it scrubs the shells of clams and mussels. Rinse it and let it dry between uses.
